Virtual Professional Hosts needed this Spring

Learn more about the opportunity to share your skills and your story with emerging global leaders and burgeoning entrepreneurs.

This Spring, WorldChicago is looking to place 30 fellows from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, and Croatia, that are participating in U.S. Department of State's Tech Innovation and Entrepreneurship Professional Fellows Program (PFP), administered by WorldChicago.

These four-week fellowships will enable fellows to engage in job shadowing, administrative projects, and research tailored to their industry, with the overall goal being to promote and develop knowledge about how each fellow’s industry operates within the United States, and specifically Chicago.

Conversely, as hosts, you will gain insight into the workings and trends of your industry abroad.

WorldChicago is looking for professional hosts in the following areas:

  • Wellness
  • Marketing
  • Incubator
  • Cybersecurity
  • Youth Programming

If interested or have questions, please reach out to WorldChicago Managing Director of Programs, Jennifer Dixon, at jdixon@worldchicago.org.

I love interacting with people from different backgrounds, and WorldChicago allows me to serve as the diplomat that I always wanted to become. I have learned so much from the WorldChicago international visitors, both about their areas of expertise and about their countries.
