YPG is a network of influential thinkers and future global leaders, ages 21-40 years old and based in the Chicago metropolitan area and the surrounding midwestern areas, including Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin, who want to network and engage with business and civic leaders and gain knowledge and skills in citizen diplomacy and international relations.

YPG facilitates this through professional development and leadership skill-building trainings, networking events, social gatherings, and volunteer opportunities.

The group has had previous iterations but is relaunching in 2021 with new leadership and a larger network.
