Community Connections is an initiative of the U.S. Agency for International Development that provides training and educational programs for Eastern European and Eurasian entrepreneurs, government and NGO officials, and legal professionals.
The public diplomacy goal of the program is to contribute to economic and democratic reform in participating countries and to promote mutual understanding through exposure to U.S. society.
Participants reside with Chicago-area host families during their three-week program. Find out how you can become a Homestay Host.
