Keynote speaker Ambassador Fay Hartog-Levin served as U.S. Ambassador to the Netherlands from 2009 to 2011 and currently is a Distinguished Fellow at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. Ambassador Hartog-Levin will touch on the role of the ambassador in international relations, the value of people-to-people relationships and citizen diplomacy in the digital age, and how technology has changed the traditional role of the ambassador in geopolitics.
